Branding

• Renamed from G50 Sign™ to G50 E-Sign™ across all user-facing surfaces — dashboards, admin center, signing screens, certificates, consent text, email notifications, and audit records.

Field Placement & Signing

• 4-step creation wizard: Document → Signers → Fields → Review & Send
• Visual field placer: Signature, initials, name, date, title, company, text, checkbox, acknowledgment — click-to-add, drag-to-move, resize, required toggle, signer reassignment
• Stable signer assignment: Fields resolved to permanent signer_id at creation — signer reordering preserves field ownership
• PDF-only upload validation (client + server side)
• Document freeze: Original hash computed at creation; content frozen on send — changes require void/reprepare
• Send for signature: Request transitions preparing → sent, invitation emails dispatched, signing links activated

Security & Integrity

• SHA-256 document hashing (original + final)
• Secure signing tokens (256-bit, time-limited)
• External signers don't need a G50 account
• Full audit trail: request_created → invitation_sent → document_viewed → consent_accepted → identity_verified → field_completed → signature_adopted → document_signed → completed_document_generated
• Final PDF generation failure does NOT mark request as completed

Certificate of Completion

• Electronic Signature Audit Record with request ID, agreement title, document version, original + final hashes, signer identities, roles, authentication methods, consent/signature/completion timestamps, and full event timeline
